Outline of Main Points for a Persuasive Presentation
Once you have completed your research, you are ready to write.
The Persuasive outline is as follows (See Basic

- Attention Getting Device
- Statement of Purpose
- Preview
- Pt. I : ProblemDefine the
Problem
- Explain exactly why it is a
problem
- Show your immediate audience
exactly how it affects them.(Immediate harms)
- Demonstrate global harms
- Stack up the corpses (harms)
- Establish Causes (optional)
- Show them what will happen if
the problem is not solved (visualization which
helpscreate a need for them to act).
