George, as a result of two pending lawsuits, we have elected to reject the following two items from the revisions submitted by the Wayne Corporation:

ITEM 11: We will NOT provide one pint of rum per worker per day to the work site.

ITEM 12: We will NOT accept paperclips as workable substitutions for "safety strapping."

Wayne Corp. has been notified of our decision and you should expect some communication from them within 48 hours.
